Hyatt Regency Rochester

Efficient staff, great food. I loved stylish room and views were beautiful. All facilities were clean too. Could use their free parking.

We appreciated the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Our nice styled room was luxury, we had tons of space. Such a great service.

The venue was stunningly beautiful, I loved the location down 25 flights of stairs, and city views. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, an iron and an electronic key card.

My stay was real good, I loved that it was fairly clean throughout, with stunningly beautiful views and perfect lovation near to the train station and the hotel. Bed was extremely comfy; and there was a walk-in shower. Everything was simply very clean.

The location was strategic, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. My room was immaculate and bathroom was beautiful. They made my stay restful. Breakfast was great - lots of food and tropical drinks.

It made my trip to Rochester a very good experience. Everything was perfectly fine and loved my stay there. I didn't have time and missed the continental breakfast. The service was good, totally satisfied.

Contemporary double room with views of river. Everyone at this lovely central hotel was very amiable. Central location, within walking distance of a professional school.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a PERFECTLY PLEASANT fit. Bed was great and room was extraordinary. All in all everything was really good, nonetheless we had very small bathroom.

The location was unbeatable and the staff was extremely friendly during the whole stay! The room was fashioned and non-smoking, we liked it. Breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of food...

really relaxing base for a wedding celebration. enjoyed this place, it was clean and had exceptional location and staff. our room had a comfy bed and a splendid view. lots of meals for breakfast, including eggs, fruit and bacon.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Helpful staff, very clean rooms and CONVENIENT location. The property was located in the center of the city. Besides, it was within 700 feet of broad street bridge.

Stayed here before, truly enjoyed the staff and the food. We used shuttle service too.

The staff are friendly and the decor is simple. Lobby bar was great. In addition, free WiFi was a plus.

Not far from eastman school of music and other tourist attractions. Downtown Rochester district definitely deserves exploring
